The Furminator works very well to remove excess hair from our Golden Doodle. He has a very thick coat and a high matabolism. The combination makes him hot, especially in warmer weather. Regular hair cuts plus the Furminator help solve the problem - plus it reduces the amount of stray dog hair around the house. He seems to tolerate the Furminator much - much better than any of the other methods we've previously tried to remove excess hair. Recommend this product.
