I use this on my 80 pd white lab at least once a week. It is the BEST deshedding tool out there - bar none! We purchased the large sized tool and it works great. It doesn't hurt him and he doesn't mind being brushed.
Just when you think there is no more hair, there is still more that comes off! But it doesn't make your dog bald, don't be mistakened. It removes the undercoat. Go over a certain spot (the back area by the tail) over and over and it will pick up a lot of hair. Be sure you do this outside because it can be a mess!
