I have two dogs and the shedding was driving me crazy. I got the FURminator (probably the 5th or 6th tool I'd tried to eliminate fur) and was completely impressed. Other brushes just didn't do the job. One of my dogs (Milo) has short hair and is sensitive to the wire brushes I'd tried in the past and it was obviously hurting him.
