I was skeptical of this product and that it wouldn't work as described, but it sure did. I watched a demo video of a large golden retiever being groomed by this and questioned how well it would work on my dogs which are a chinese pug and a yorkie (need it more for my pug cause she sheds like crazy!) but decided to give it a try. It extracts a HUGE amount of loose undercoat. I don't use it often enough to lessen the amount of dog hair I have on my furniture and carpet, but when I do use it, it does what it says it will do, so I can't complain.
