I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy and he sheds. It is especially heavy now as he's changing his puppy coat on an adult one. I use the furminator on him every 3-4 days and with enough patience (you know how much fun it is trying to brush a hyper puppy) it gets enormous amounts of loose hair. Works way better than a regular slicker brush, about 5 times the hair in one stroke. I still use the brush after that to pick up the fuzz. Watch out for it, it will be all over the place.
Plus the price at Amazon is awesome. It usually starts at $40 at pet stores.
