This seemed like the perfect thing, until we started using it on our corgi and he yelps and growls in pain every time. We've bathed him, checked for dirty places or scars or anything else that could be causing the problem. Can't figure it out, but we've never had this problem with normal brushes before. Perhaps it has something to do with the type of fur corgis have?
We're going to continue to investigate, and if it turns out not to be the furminator's problem, I will adjust the rating as necessary.
