I remember seeing the Furminator a few years ago, but scoffing at the $50+ it costs at my local pet store. The more than 2,000 positive Amazon reviews and their great price prompted me to give it a shot. It is FANTASTIC. My Flat Coat Retriever will let me brush him to my heart's content - especially his back at tail end, where his undercoat is the heaviest. The way he nearly falls asleep while he gets "Furminated" makes it comparable to dog-spa treatment!
