I am not easy to impress, but this tool has done it! I have four cats and one large dog, so fur is an issue at our house. With normal pet brushes, we get some hair out, but the shedding continues, even with back-brushing, which tends to anger the little subjects! I tried the FURminator first on my short-hair tabby. He drops little bits of fur on clothing whenever he is held. More loose fur came out than I imagined he had on his little body ;-) And even better, he purred the whole time he was being brushed!
